What is a job application tracker?

A list of every job you applied to, with its stage (applied, interview, offer, rejected), the date and what you sent. Ours is a board in your account next to your CVs, so the CV and cover letter for each application are one click away.

Why track job applications at all?

With more than a handful of applications it is easy to lose track of which CV went where and who never replied. A tracker tells you whom to follow up with, stops you applying twice to the same role, and shows which CV version gets interviews.

When should I follow up on an application?

About a week after applying, if you have not heard back and the posting gave no timeline. The board flags an application after seven days in "applied", or on a follow-up date you set yourself.

Can I see which CV version I sent?

Yes. Each application links to the CV and cover letter you sent. When you save a CV tailored to a posting, the application can be recorded with that copy attached in the same step.

Who can see my applications?

Only you. Applications are stored in your account and never shown on your public CV or business card.

Is the tracker free?

Yes, on every plan and with no limit on the number of applications.
