"Highlighted" describes pointing at something, which is useful work but only half a bullet. The better synonyms say how you pointed — flagged a risk, showcased a product, distilled a report — and the bullet should end with what people did once they saw it.

When the thing you highlighted was a risk, put its size in the bullet — dollars, hours, patients, days — so the reader can see the flag was worth raising.
