Finishing the work you were given is the baseline of any job, so "completed" can make a real result sound like a ticked box. Delivered and handed over suit projects, earned and passed suit qualifications, and cleared suits a backlog; each says what kind of finish it was. Use them where finishing on time, under budget or at volume was genuinely hard, and start with the verb for the work itself everywhere else.
When you finished a project, especially early or under budget: synonyms for completed
Delivered
The standard project verb; add the date and the budget.
Shipped
Software and product teams: released to real users.
Closed out
Construction, contracts or cases brought to a formal end.
Handed over
Buildings or systems passed to the client or the next team.
Finalized
Agreements, designs or budgets signed off.

When you earned a qualification or finished training: synonyms for completed
Earned
Certifications and credentials; name the issuer.
Passed
Exams with a pass mark: licensing, bar, CPA sections.
Qualified
As in "qualified as a…"; common in UK trades and accounting.
Graduated
From a program or academy; add honors if any.
Completed CompTIA Security+ certification.
Earned CompTIA Security+ in 10 weeks while working full time on the service desk, and moved into a SOC analyst role 4 months later.
When you got through a large volume of work: synonyms for completed
Cleared
Backlogs; give the size and how long it took.
Fulfilled
Orders, requests or prescriptions.
Executed
Trades, contracts or test plans.
Carried out
Inspections, audits or procedures; neutral and accurate.
Performed
Clinical or technical procedures: "performed 300 blood draws a month".
Completed pending permit applications.

Leave these in the thesaurus
"Consummated" is in every thesaurus and belongs nowhere near a resume, and "Accomplished" is as vague as the word it replaces.
The one thing to remember
Put the constraint next to the verb — "two weeks early", "while working full time", "with a team of three" — because finishing only reads as an achievement when the reader sees what made it hard.
