Four different jobs hide behind "managed", and each has a sharper verb: led or supervised for people, coordinated or delivered for projects, controlled for money, retained for clients. Otherwise the reader has to guess which one you mean and how big it was, and a guessing reader rarely guesses generously. Pick the verb, then give the size in headcount, dollars or accounts.

Leave these in the thesaurus
"Governed" and "Commanded" suit a country or a ship, not an operations team.
The one thing to remember
If the people did not report to you, write "coordinated" instead; "managed a team" implies line management, and interviewers will ask about the hiring and the reviews.
