17 synonyms, and when to use each

On most resumes "organized" appears twice: as a verb in the bullets and as "highly organized" in the summary. The verb has a better replacement for each thing people organize — planned or hosted for events, digitized or consolidated for records, mobilized for people, dispatched or scheduled for work — while the adjective proves nothing anywhere. Choose the verb for what was actually organized, and let the result show the organizing.
