"Supported" puts you near the work without saying which part of it was yours. The better word depends on what the support actually was: helping a colleague (assisted, partnered), fixing problems for users (resolved, troubleshot), keeping a system running (administered, maintained) or backing an idea until it happened (championed).

The default for tickets and complaints; add volume and speed.

Advocated

Sponsored
Senior roles, where you owned the budget or the executive backing.
Backed

Supported the new mentoring program.

Leave these in the thesaurus
Skip "bolstered", "buttressed" and "propped up"; they suggest the thing you supported was about to fall over.
The one thing to remember
If you keep "supported", give it an object and a number: "Supported 6 account executives with proposal drafts" is specific in a way "Supported the sales team" is not.
